This is an irregular verb.

The verb entregar has two past participles: entregado (regular) and entregue (irregular).
Traditional grammar prefers entregado with ter or haver (e.g., tinha entregado).
With ser or estar in the passive voice, entregue is more common (e.g., foi entregue), although entregado is also acceptable.
