There are no accents on guiais, guie, guio and guieis. Please note that these conjugations used to have accents and were written as follows: guiáis, guié, guió and guiéis. The RAE (Real Academia Española) decided that these words are now considered as having only one syllable instead of two and therefore no longer have accents. You can read about this at this link.
