The teacher lesson center will show you all you need to know about your lessons and packages.
This tab will show all your upcoming lessons. These are the lessons that you have accepted to teach. They will be clearly marked as either happening in the future, happening within 24 hours or currently in progress. Only the lessons marked as happening in the future can still be canceled if necessary. If you need to cancel a lesson or can't cancel it anymore but are unable to attend, please let your student know as soon as possible.
This tab will show lesson, package and refund requests from students. You can choose to accept or decline these requests. In case you decline lesson or package requests, you are encouraged to send a message to the student explaining why you are declining the request. If you decline a refund request, you need to provide a reason. In that case, we will make the final decision. You have 2 days to accept or decline lesson and packages requests and 2 days to either approve or deny a refund. After this time, lessons and packages will be automatically declined and refund requests will be automatically approved. Lessons you have accepted will appear on the upcoming lessons tab and packages on the packages tab.
This tab will show you all the lessons that have been completed and are awaiting confirmation. After they are confirmed, you will receive your payment. Students have 2 days to confirm regular lessons and 6 hours to confirm instant lessons. If after this time they are not confirmed, they will be automatically confirmed. After they are confirmed, they will appear on the action needed tab, where you can leave a comment for the student.
This tab will show all your active packages. Packages are explained in more detail on the Lesson Packages page. The packages on this tab will show you how many lessons the student has left and when the package expires.
